Didn’t know what to expect prior to downloading this. But A1 Bassline turns out another cracker remix with wobbling bass, dancehall shakes and carnival electro. Get you’re ass shaking.

I’m not just sharing this because I feel obligated to. I’m not a die hard Jackson fan and I’m not going to name my kids after him. But I think it’s polite to sit back for a second and appreciate what he achieved musically and how he shaped the industry.
Michael Jackson -Don’t Stop ‘Till You Get Enough
It’s always comforting when you get sent a gem directly to your inbox. It’s even more exciting when it’s a brand new artist. French national Mister J blesses your speakers/earphones with what can only be described as a ‘Touch’ of french house. You like that?
Back to watching the Rush Hour trilogy. You don’t really realize how annoying Chris Tuckers voice is, until you watch them all in a row. Keep an eye on the blog in the coming week, Heasy and I are unleashing a mixtape.
This is satisfying. MPHO is a British talent like no other. A genre-defying singer, songwriter and producer, already a name to drop amongst people in the know, MPHO is set to be one of the most exciting names of 2009. Her debut single ‘Box N Locks’ is produced by acclaimed maestro, Switch.
MPHO – Box N Locks (Armand Van Helden Remix)
The package includes a remix from Herve (AKA The Count) and Armand Van Helden. To be brutally honest, Herve’s version sucks. Not a fan of the afro rhythmage.

I have never known what the make of Mark Hunter… better known as The Cobra Snake. I mean he could possibly have the greatest job in the world, basically just following world renowned DJ’s taking photos of the messiest people in the room…getting rich. But he looks a bit like a dirty unwashed foot and his obsession with wanting to seem more “underground” than the Underground scene he captures himself, has pushed him into wearing some gay ass shit (e.g. second from right)
I seriously almost forgot about Foamo, the man went to sleep for quite a while. BUT his back bigger than ever with at least four new remixes that i have heard of. The most promising in my opinion is his take in the Franz Ferdinand track “No You Girls”. Which if i get hands hands on might have a Brain meltdown. Though running a close second and lacking in no quality is this BANG-ahhhhhh?
Diplo & Laidback Luke – Hey ! (Foamo Remix)
Dont forget to get your behinds down to Mynt Lounge this Thursday at 185 Watton street Werribee. Jamie Doom AKA Bang Gang DJ’s will be smashing the decks and the crowd, and i hear what your saying… Affirmative. things will get messy. We will be there – will you?
With that out of the way, we can now appreciate the musical stylings of Kissy Sell Out. I’m really enjoying the album. Some real catchy tracks inside. BUY IT!
As I prepared myself for my set last night at WOW, I came across a remix of “I’m Not Alone” that I didn’t like at first but after a proper listen I fell in love. It’s pretty baltimore/ravey and a real banger.
I’m Not Alone (Three Fingers Remix) – Calvin Harris
Jaime Doom, 1/5 of the Bang Gang Does the Burbs this Thursday night at MYNT Lounge. Bang Gang in your Local? Believe it.
Going to see the Hangover now laterz mang.
XOXO Heasygirl
Again sitting here on a seedy sunday, nursing heavy lungs, searing eyes and a sore head. Not only that but tonight i have work till midnight which is going to make the symptoms triple on the “fuck you Barrons body hangover scale”. So to ease the pain, been doing the run around to track down a few… tracks. And here are those tracks, which will be played on the work stereo to help keep me alive.
Now I’m not sure if the Beetroots’ mix of the Proxy track is coming out on July 3rd, or if the date is in relation to the CD they’re mixing for the Aussie label; but props to Onelove for filming this in conjunction with the Dim Mak marketing team who sure know how to hype the fuck out of a track [via the weeks leading up to Warp 1.9].
Anyway, I’m feeling lazy/hungover so just gonna post some random tracks.
Just gotten into these guys so I can’t tell you much about them but this track is pretty badass. But it’s got that nu wave feel to it. Driving synths and awesome chord progression [heart].
DIM is back, oh baby is he back! This is fantastic for a set rip… massive build-ups and those classic DIM squeeks.
DIM – Lyposuct [ Set Rip @ 160kbs - 3:42 ]
This next one is apparently new, but I’m sure I’ve heard it before. Still a pretty solid Herve’ production, nothing really geround breaking though. One thing you can say about Herve’ is that his sound is very consistent, and that’s not necessarily a good thing.
You all know I love GTRONIC, one of my favourite producers at the moment. His new one is an absoloute fucking killer. The first breakdown leads to a monster fucking drop so prepare for neck snaps. From what I’ve heard, expect to see this guy supporting Proxy’s next Oz tour at the end of the year.
