Afrojacks formula to making music: Create one decent track, then make every other release sound exactly the same or infuse it with parts from pon de floor.

There’s a fucking slew of remixes for Afrojack’s “Polkadots” peppered throughout the interwebs; all of which are pretty fucking woeful.
This would be expected when trying to remix an epic track that doesn’t really need touching. If it aint broke, don’t fix it.
Oliver Twizt was all like ‘fuck that shit’ and decided to remix it anyway.
The track has now gone from a typical Afrojack low end bassline banger to a big room, dancefloor killer with some old school B’More elements thrown in for effect.
Good move son, good move.

BONUS:
Melbounre lad & aspiring DJ/Producer Edward Rigby (aka Ed Would) has made a nice little “Polkadot” edit, which I’ve seen fill dancefloors. Show the kid some love!

So I looked at my Mediafire account and to my surprise, 976 of you mother bitches have downloaded the Afrojack and Steve Aoki collab “Got Beef” i posted a few weeks back.
I was amazed to say the least; considering it was a mediocre quality, radio rip. But it got me thinking…
“I wonder how many downloads I’d get if I posted a new and unheard Afrojack track that was 320kbs?”
… Let’s find out
Boy do I have egg on my face.
Seems like me and the rest of the blogosphere got shafted into thinking this was a legit Afrojack/Diplo track. After a bit of detective work, this track was actually produced by The Squatters and is called “Monster”. It’s still a pretty decent track so I’m gonna leave it up because after checking out their myspace, these guys deserve more exposure!

The Squatters – Monster [REAL]
So I’m sure most of you now know what Afrojack looks like from this video, if you dont watch it, he looks like a mean mexican hustler that packs heat where-ever he goes. So it’s no surprise to me that he seems to be taking control of all these tracks that also feature someone else.
He has teamed up with Sidney Samson and created the track “Quacky”. I expected something different, maybe the two minds together could come up with something new? But it seems like this “all-star” dutch team haven’t gone past the standard bass drum, quirky vocal and high pitched synth.
It’s alright though, but Afrojack needs to stop being such a bully when he teams up with someone else and let them have an input.
Quacky – Afrojack & Sidney Samson
sorry for all the dutch house lately too. unless you want it?
heaaaasy!
Dutch + Japanese
Dutchanese?
Japutch?
Afraoki
Aokijack?
Not too sure, but fuck; the two combined definitely equal banger!
Prepare to drop ya guts @ 1:07
The title has not been confirmed, neither has the release date… Let’s just hope Afrojack doesn’t go down the same path as “I’ll Be There” and take 7 years to release it.
THIS IS A RADIO RIP; but a fucking good one at that.

I fucking heart (L) this track so fucking much!
The very first track released from Axwell, Ingrosso and Angello under their Swedish House Mafia moniker.
If this is any indication of things to come from the trio, then call me Big Kev (RIP)… ‘Cause I’m fucking EXCITED!
This is gonna do big things.
In light of the gut wrenching and indigestion inducing Dem Slackers remix that was posted a few days ago, I’ve managed to muster up an ultra heavy track by the always amazing Dolby Anol. If you like ZZT, then you’ll fucking LOVE this track.

BONUS ROUND:
For those living under a rock, here’s the track that’s gonna be included into about 90% of DJ sets around Australia for the next few weeks.
Benny Benassi – Satisfaction (Afrojack Mix)

Another fucking banger…
Afrojack must have some heavy crack addiction to be churning out epic tunes like this one.
This is NOT a shitty BBC Radio 1 rip; real deal baby… 320
Afrojack – Bangduck ♥♥♥♥♥

Afrojack is kicking ass of late… but this is by far my favorite production. Listen to the drop at the 3min mark and feel your diaphrams shake, theres only one saying that can sum up it’s brilliance; PON DE TRUEEEEEEEEEEEE.
May I leave you all with a word of advice before I go.. stay clear of any gophers this weekend and partyaids.tv reminds you too Munt Responsibly.
